Beavers Bend Cabins, Riverbend Lodge
Riverbend Lodge is one the largest self-contained (single unit) cabins that can accommodate up to 25 guests comfortably in the Broken Bow area. Located on the banks of the Lower Mountain Fork River, Riverbend Lodge is perfect for family gatherings, reunions, church groups and other organizational groups, weeklong/weekend camp groups, and other medium to large size groups or gatherings.

The great room features a beautiful, double sided, mountain rock fireplace flanked by antler chandeliers on both sides of the room. On the side facing the river is a dining area, and the other side has leather furniture and a large LCD TV with satellite service. For additional entertainment inside there is a 22 foot shuffleboard table.

There are two sleeping rooms with a total of 10 custom made bunk beds (with mattresses). There are 15 twin bunks and 5 full sized with mattresses. You bring your favorite pillow, and either sleeping bag or linens. If you need even more sleeping space, the two bedroom cabin next door with fully made king beds may be available to rent together at a special rate.

The kitchen is large with abundant cabinet and counter space, two range/ovens, microwave, large refrigerator and there is an icemaker that will fill your ice chests twice a day. The kitchen is fully equipped with glassware, dishware, cooking and eating utensils, coffee pot, etc. There are two large bathrooms (one on each side of the cabin), and each one has 3 full shower stalls and separate toilet areas. There is also a washer and dryer in the cabin.

For on-site fun, you always have a place to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the river. The Lodge has two large covered porches, one with a direct view of the river. There are several outdoor tables and chairs to allow you a moment to catch your breath and kick back a moment taking in your surroundings.  Expect to see many types of intriguing wildlife that live here. A private boat ramp with swimming area is located right next to The Lodge and guests are encouraged to bring their fishing boats, canoes or rent a canoe from Wild Goose Canoe located a few doors down. Yes, if you take a canoe trip, you are picked up at your doorstep and finish within walking distance back to the cabin. There are two types and lengths of canoe trips available for the novice or the advanced. There is a bamboo forest on the site, and plenty of area for campfires. The property is situated on roughly 4 acres, so you can do pretty much what you want to do, as long as you are respectful of the residents in the area.

For the adventuress ones, there is a rope swing into the river. Of course, this is at your own risk, so be careful and make sure it is working properly before use.
